My name is John Erbicella and I am a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Film along with dual concentrations in Audio recording and New Media Production. As a student at Rowan, I was actively involved in many studio productions for the on-campus television network. While a student, I was trained in both linear and non-linear editing systems, along with portable studio systems such as the NewTek TriCaster and BlackMagic ATEM systems.
After graduation, I went on to work as a member of the digital team at the Philadelphia Eagles where I worked to produce content for the Philadelphia Eagles website. At the end of the season, I returned to help with live coverage of the 2017 NFL Draft and to assist with engineering needs on gameday using our NewTek TriCaster, BlackMagic ATEM routing systems, along with our PreSonus and Audinate Dante audio systems.
As the video producer for New Way Air Bearings, I upgraded many of our essential video systems to be professional quality. I also produced high quality video for New Way for internal (corporate) use and external (marketing) use. I worked to upgrade our camera and audio equipment to top of the line professional systems.
I have also worked as a Control Room Intern at QVC along with being a freelance technician for the Pennsylvania Cable Network, PCN-TV. In addition to my experience in the live and web broadcast areas, I am proficient in still photography with both Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras and a variety of photo editing applications. I also am skilled in the entire Adobe Creative Suite along with Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Avid ProTools.
