Services

Currently there are four service options offered. We can also develop a custom package based on your own needs if they do not fit one of our packages.

BASIC EVENT RECORDING

Event recording will be a single camera, on a tripod. The camera will move to follow the presenter. This will also include “light” post production such as includes cutting out long breaks or segments that you do not wish to have recorded (ex. Q&A sessions, sermons, etc.). It also includes segmenting of an event (ex. breaking a conference down into small pieces by speaker, topic, etc.)

Deliverable will include a digital file on a physical media (thumb drive, external hard drive, DVD) or a digital file that will be available for download for a period of one (1) year. With either method, you are free to download the file and redistribute it as you would like. We are not currently offer duplication or publication services.

The stream can be started and stopped (eliminating long breaks) or run as a single stream. Long breaks can also be eliminated in the “live” portion with graphics (full screen graphics showing a logo or information, either with light music or silence). The event will also be broadcast live to the web or an “internal” network (CCTV, Local TVs in other rooms if possible).

There can be “light” editing if requested, or if needed (ex. Inserting of slides or if a presentation was not ready for the live event). It also includes cutting out long breaks or segments that you do not wish to have recorded (ex. Q&A sessions, sermons, etc.).
